What we collect: the details you send in the pre-booking, custom date and contact forms (name, email, phone, country, motorcycle, riding experience and messages).

Why: only to answer your request and organise coaching services (legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(a)(b)).

Retention: requests are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and then deleted on request or after 24 months.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can also complain to the CNPD (Portugal).

Cookies: this site stores only your language preference and, for administrators, a secure sign-in session. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.

Payments: no payments are taken on this website. Trackday registration is handled directly by each organiser.
